Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you to inform you that I have missed very significant documents in your hotel. This happened today in the morning. I was taking part in a conference, which is going in your hotel. Maybe, I have left my papers in conference hall “A”, I was sitting in the fourth row second place from the window. Also, I could leave these documents in the restaurant when I was drinking tea during a coffee break.
