Dear Sir This is in response to your advertisement to do unpaid work in your hospital and ìn this letter, I want to convey my willingness to do the work with you. I am a teacher and give guest lectures on the alternative days of the week. This leaves me with plenty of time to purse various other things of my interest. I have a keen interest in serving needy people. As soon as I came across your advertisement, this filled me with a lot of enthusiasm since I was looking to pursue my interest. I want to work in the blood bank because I am a local resident and has been residing in this city since birth. So, I have developed numerous contacts which may be extremely useful whenever there will be dire need of the blood. Moreover, I have my own conveyance so arrangement of transportation of the donor to the hospital can also be managed efficiently. Also, I live in the same locality of the hospital, therefore, there is no distance constraint and I will be just few steps away in case of emergency. As mentioned earlier, that I work on alternative days in the week. Hence, I will be available for full day on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday every week. Waiting for your response.
