Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter with regard to the recent notice that has been issued from the community center. We were informed that we would not be able practice in the community hall hereafter in our alloted days, due to change in schedule for the JB group. Our group is known as the "Nation Builders", we are working under the western NGO. This group has been performing for a cause all around the world and has brought music into everyone's heart by creating a purpose in their life. This community where we are performing every week is our home ground and we have disabled people and other physically challenged people, attending this practice sessions of ours. I would appreciate, if you could alter anyother days in the week, but not to completely stop us. I would be grateful if you could loook into the matter at the earliest.
