This is Anahita Dakhili and I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with a recent service I got from your company. On May 12th I had an armchair delivered to my home using the service of your company. I chose your company on my neighbor’s recommendation as she had already experienced a rewarding service from your company.
However, to my disappointment, as soon as your employees left my place, I found my precious antique sculpture on the table next to where your employees put the armchair broken. This statue was a relic from a 12-th century artisan and was worth a fortune.
Frankly speaking, words are incapable of expressing the sheer sadness I feel for the mishap and the irreparable loss. Yet, I have corresponded with my insurance company and askd them to contact you to let you know about possible ways I would like to be indemnified.
