Dear Sir or Madam, I am Jay Miller from Paris, France, and I enjoyed my stay at your hotel last week. I stayed there from February 21, 2021 to February 24, 2021 and my room number was 564. However, I just found out that I have left some of my important documents in your hotel. So, I immediately called your Front Desk agent, and he confirmed to me that I indeed had left some of my papers inside the drawer beside my bed. The documents that I left in your hotel contain extremely confidential information about my organisation for the upcoming financial year. Moreover, some of these papers include the essential points which I had noted down during the meeting. Your hotel is about 15 hours drive from where I live and I have to present these papers to my Board of Directors in a couple of days. Therefore, I would really appreciate if you could courier these documents to my company address, which is mentioned on my file folder, at your earliest convenience. I am also willing to bear any expense incurred due to this. Thank you in advance. Yours faithfully, Jay Miller
