Dear sir, I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention towards deteriorating public transportation service in my city. Let me explain you my situation, Most of the buses runs late during working hours. It creates a havoc at the bus stops because every one try to take the transportation to be on time. Many times it lead to quarrel between the passenger to get. Moreover public transport is not working according to their mentioned schedule online which is a further issue for the public. further more a lot of theft happened in these crowded places and even in the buses because a lots of opportunistic crooks try to steal and disguise in the crowd. All these issues make pubic transport a very unpleasant experience for daily commuting people. A lot of them are dealing with the issue of getting late to work, Waiting longer than normal to get a bus, Occasionally we herd about stealing in these crowded areas. I hope you will address these concern as soon as possible. I have some suggestion regarding the betterment public transportation service. First of all there should be a increase in the frequency of the buses during peak hours. This will solve the problem of crowding of buses. Secondly they should run in time bound manner which mean begin on time and reach the stop on time. lastly i would like some surveillance of these route to catch the thief.
