Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to you regarding the important papers I have left in your hotel. I attended a board meeting last Wednesday at “King Fu” hotel and after I returned home, I found out that I have left my important files there. I think I have left the papers under where I sit in the meeting room, I think the seat number was row 13 and number 8. Please assist me in finding the papers in the meeting room, especially around row 10 to row 15. The papers are inside of a yellow envelope, and the envelope is glued. The papers is really important to me because it contains some sensitive internal information that should not be exposed to anyone outside of our company. It will cause a huge issue to us if the information is exposed to our competitors. I have been informed that the hotel cleans the meeting room after each meeting, so please ask the cleaners if they have seen the envelope. Please also check the CCTV to see if anyone had mistaken it by any chance. We will provide rewards if we can find the envelope. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Yours Sincerely, Annabel
