Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you with regards to the cheque book I had ordered in the name of my wife Sumita patel on 10th February 2020. I had ordered the cheque book through the online process started by your company and I had paid extra delivery charges for the premium delivery option. The site mentioned that the delivery will be within three working days. However, I am dissatisfied with the service your bank has provided. My wife is leaving for her trip tomorrow and she needs to carry that cheque book with her. I no longer can wait for the delivery and so I request you to handover my wife’s cheque book latest by tomorrow evening in person. I would appreciate this gesture or else I would think of shifting my account I another bank. I hope for a positive response from your end. Yours faithfully, Sara.
