You recently attended a conference and would like to give a presentation to your colleagues about it. Write a letter to your manager and include : the topic of the conference, why you want to present about it, when it could be done

Dear Manager, Hope you are keeping well. I have just returned from Dhaka after attending a conference regarding Gender Based Violence. I am grateful to you for giving me such opportunity. It makes me feel so overwhelmed about the matter that I want to share my learnings with my colleagues. Gender Based Violence is common issue in our country. It happens everyday however recently different NGOs along with various Government bodies are working on this subject, for instance they are conducting surveys and researches. Their studies have founded a result which says that we are not aware as well as we don't want to talk as if it is a taboo. So no matter what these GO and NGO are trying to make progress, no action is going to suffice unless we start to have a conversation. One of the main purposes of our conference are that we need to break this taboo by raising our voice. Only our voice can bring a change in the society.
