I am writing to register a complaint regarding your late services in terms of an ordered cheque book 2 weeks ago.
To elaborate on the issue, on 23rd of December I received an email from your bank, whereby I had been told that I was entitled to obtain a cheque book, as I had maintained a savings account in your reputed bank for more than a decade. As a result, I placed a cheque book requisition on that day through your website, since it was mentioned that if clients order it online, they will receive their order within five days. Unwantedly, since then 14 days have passed.
As for a few queries, I wonder if you could inform me about the precise date by which the cheque book would be delivered to me. Due to the fact that I have recently purchased a car, and two thousand dollars have been paid as down payment, the rest of which should be paid in five installments through this ordered cheque book to enable me to take delivery of my car. That is why I am in desperate need of it.
Taking the mentioned problem into consideration, I am requesting you, as the manager of the bank, to investigate into the matter as hastily as possible to find out who is to blame inasmuch as if it happens again to other clients you will lose your regular customers and reputation. I would highly appreciate it if you could inform me what measures you are going to take to expedite the process to fulfill my need.
