Dear Sir/Madam, I am the customer of the bank holding a current account with the account number "A2356464". I am writing to complain about not receiving my checkbook which was requested 14 days before. As the account is mainly used for business transactions, often cheques are needed to be issued. Since there were only 4 leaflets remaining, I approached the bank for the issuance of a new booklet. The bank policy states the checkbook should be requested one week in advance and accordingly I had actioned on it. Can you explain why it is taking so much time and how much more do I have to wait? It has been more than a fortnight since the request was made but till now I have not received the booklet. I had personally visited the Ford branch to make the request, because there was no update I repeated the visit but there is no proper update given. I need the cheques for my business transactions and would like to know the latest time they can be made available. A proper investigation in this matter needs to be done, and kindly update me with the actions taken for the same so it is not repeated in the future. I look forward to your reply.
