To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter regarding my intention of purchasing a residence in Box Hill. As you may still remember me from our last conversation two days ago, my name is Linh Pham and I will be moving to Melbourne along with my family this July. Therefore, I would very much appreciate it if my accommodation could be settled prior to our arrival. In relation to specific details, I am currently after a modern and spacious house that consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms to be very least. On top of that, I would love to have a garden outside to grow herbs and act as a playground for the kids. A garage would be terrific too but that can just be an option for the time being. My children are going to attend Box Hill primary school so it would be a great convenience if my house could be located within 10km. I also would like to have access to public transports as well as supermarkets nearby, since I tend to go shopping every single day for fresh food. Besides, the security of the surrounding area is a significant matter to me, thus, resigning in a peaceful neighbourhood is also one of my top preferences. Please feel free to email me if you have any further questions. Thank you for your kind consideration and I look ward to hearing back from you soon. Yours faithfully, Linh Pham
