Dear sir,
I am Jason and I booked a flight last week on 25 feburary, 2021 at 12 pm with Air India. I am writing this letter to describe unsatisfactory experience with your flight at airport. I had a flight with your company from India Delhi airport to Toronto Pearson airport. As, I am very punctual so, I reached the airport at 8 am. When I enter in airport, I saw long queue however I was not worried about the queue as I had plenty of time. I waited there for my turn and security guy checked all my document specially corona test report. After, 30 minutes later same guy approach to me and said as per new guideline you have do test again. I explained that I have flight in next 15 minutes buy he clearly said I cannot leave the country without test.
I had a very important meeting on prospective day because of your staff I missed that meeting. Although, I explained everything to client and they understood situation but, at airport no-one helped me to book new flight from your staff and I booked ticket with other airline.
I need my full money back as refund because I missed my flight due to staff and make sure you will take care of customer convenience.
