Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you that recently I joined a conference meeting in your hotel where I have lost the official documents. I would like to tell you that the conference meeting had held on 31. 01. 2021 in the conference hall. As I remember well that I sat in the corner seat next to the stage, table no. 20. When I went to the stage for delivering the speech at that time, I put the documents with others booklet. Thus, I did not remember to pick them after finishing it However, these documents are very essential for me because they are related to the upcoming project of the company. Also, I put in lots of effort to complete it, and now if I did not get it, I have to do extra work to arrange it. in addition, this yesterday, my senior manager will ask the report to submit to the client. Therefore, I request you to please find out it there with the help of your staff or if possible, please ask your cleaning supervisors that those might have seen it while cleaning. if you get it, kindly send me through the courier to the company address as if you already have the company details of it. I look forward to your response. Yours faithfully, Amrit Kaur
