I want to let you know of an apartment opportunity I have for university student. I am a resident of the university neighbourhood. I have an extra apartment that is available for rent. My name is Enakpotobo Lucky and I have lived in this neighbourhood for about ten years. I worked with the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue as a Tax clerk. Furthermore, my apartment is the perfect place for an undergraduate. It is five blocks away from the university, so any schoolchild that will rent the space would not have to pay bus fare before going to receive lectures. Also the environment is peaceful and assured of security of life and properties. The place available for rent is cosy which would be suitable for any student.
