I want to indicate my interest, motivation and previous experience that defined me to apply for the position of Project Management Support - Senior officer for capacity building, I found on the social network LinkedIn. As a Case manager in the Service for the Protection of Children and Youth, at any time I was directly responsible for over 150 multi-member families, or on average for over 500 people with different needs. My decisions and decisions of the team in which I work are reflected directly on the lives of families. From my Manager, I was delegated to be coordinator of the inter - sectoral team that is in charge of improving intersectoral cooperation in combating violence against children in the city of Kragujevac, which means monitoring what the of institution in which I work as well as the other institutions, and removing identified difficulties in working through meetings and exchange of experience and negotiation. Concerning my knowledge, my ambition is always to see broader insight, besides the position where I am engaged and besides of clients for which I am personally responsible. Through work experience, I have gained a real insight into the problems of vulnerable groups in Serbia, the reforms that are being implemented, laws that protect the civil rights, as well as the practice of local services, institutions, and organizations. All activities that are being implemented to protect the civil's rights, whom I am the Case manager, I coordinate, mentorize and evaluate through action plans and defined indicators. According to my education and a strong interst about capacity of various sysetms in socaety, I strongly believe there are lots of potencial for future development. Since 2011 I have been working with the most vulnerable people of this region. As an qualifaied social worker I am deeply aware of difficulties which, on the other hand, becames challenges for professionals and decison makers. Currently, I am a member of work group which are working on inclusion of children who lives in foster families within project "Inter - sectoral safety network for active Inclusion of children from foster care". From this experience many other ideas can appear and also reasons for future cooperation. Therefore, I would like to join your team and I hope that you will find my previous experience, as well as my strong motivation intriguing enough to organize a face-to-face interview, as I am confident that I could provide an additional value to you and your clients as a passionate and dedicated member of your team.
