DEAR SIR/MADAM, I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO ADDRESSED SOME MENACE IN YOUR BADMINTON SPORTS ACADEMY CENTER WHICH IHAVE FOUND DURING MY LAST VISITE ON SUNDAY. I AM SEFALI PATEL, I HAVE BEEN YOUR BADMINTON SPORT CLUB MEMBER SINCE 1999 WHERE I USED TO COME EVERY WEEKEND TO PRCTICE MY SPORTS SKILLS. I HAVE NEVER NOTICED SUCH ISSUES BEFORE, BUT SINCE LAST TWO VISITES, I HAVE MARLKED SOME PROBLEMS WITH HANGER SPACE AND DIRTY FLOOR INSIDE THE CHANGING ROOM. WHEN I WENT INSIDE THE CHANGING ROOM I FOUND THAT THERE WERE NO PLACE TO HANG MY CLOTHS EVEN THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY TOO. HENCE, I COULD KEPT THE CLOTH ON THE FLOOR AS WELL. TO SOLVE THIS ISSUES I WOULD SUGGEST IS YOU REPLACE THE LOCK OF ALL THE CHANGING ROOM WOULD BE GREAT AND I ADVISE YOU TO HAVE HANGERS FOR EACH ROOM AS WELL FOR THE CUSTOMER'S CONVINIENCE. ADDITIONALLY, HAVE THE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING STAFF FOR HOUSE KEEPING. THIS MAKE THE CUSTOMER HASSALE FREE AND FASTER CHANGING TIME. I HOPE ON MY NEXT VISITE I WOULD HAVE THE PROPER LOCKING DEVICE AND SOME PLACE TO HANG MY THINGS. LOOKINGB FORWARD TO SEE THE CHANGE IN THE SPORT CENTER ON MY NEXT VISITE.
