You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work. Dear Sir or Madam, I am YY, staying in the college accommodation room number 129. I am facing a few problems that I would like to bring to your kind notice. I have been sharing the room with two other students. They are both form another subject. The timings for exams and submissions of project works for all of us is different. Thus, we are unable to focus on our work. Whenever there is a submission for me, the other two have either finished their submissions or do not have any in the near future. Thus, while they want to relax and have leisure activity, it tends to disturb me with my work. It would be of great help if I am allotted another room, where the roommates are of the same subject. Or if possible, for an separate accommodation, would also be very helpful. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as the end semester exams are round the corner.
