You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work. Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In the letter, • describe the situation • explain your problems and why it is difficult to work • say what kind of accommodation you would prefer

Dear Sir or Madam, I am YY, staying in the college accommodation room number 129. I am writing this letter to bring to your king attention to some problems that I am facing. I have been sharing my room with two other students as it is a sharing room. Both my roommates are form different fields. The timings for project submission and exams are at different times. Which makes it difficult to focus on our work. In the recent times, it has started affecting my quality of work. There is also no place in the room where we can study quietly. The room is also at the end of the hall way, thus people are always passing by the gate, which makes it even more disturbing and impossible to study with full concentration. It would be of great help if I am allotted another room, where the roommates are of the same subject. Or if possible, for a separate accommodation, would also be very helpful. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as the end semester exams are round the corner. Kind regards, YY
