Dear sir, I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, villa puri Royan between 21st august and 24th august 2020 for my vacation. After some research on the internet, I selected Villa puri Royan hotel for my stay to this vacation. I booked a deluxe room with a beach view for 2 days and 3 nights. In addition to that, the package I selected included lunch and dinner for 2 days, with breakfast as complimentary. The staff were very polite and friendly at the time of arrival, the ambiance in the hotel is very fascinating, as the hotel is located between a lot of trees, it was very peaceful for a quick walk in the evening times. The quality and taste of the food is mouth-watering, but the only concern is the time they took to serve the placed order in the restaurant. My only suggestion after a continuous stay of 3 days at your hotel is if the hotel staff serve the order that is placed a bit early it would be very great.
