Dear Mr I am a regular visitor of your college cafeteria, and I am writing to inform you of some issues relating to your area that need some improvements. No doubt, the lunchroom provides students delicious and fresh dishes with reasonable prices. I really sincerely appreciate the staff and managers, consequently I always eat here for my lunch. However, I think there are some weaknesses that I should consider seriously. First of all, there are a few dishes in the daily menu and no significant change everyday makes the lunch quite boring. Some other cafes have a huge range of different dishes which can suit everyone. In addition, sometimes the floor is wet and slippery, which causes some accidents to pupils. It is easy to tackle these problems. Firstly, the chiefs should kindly have a look at the menu and make it more diverse. About the floor's problem, it is necessary to clean it more regularly especially at lunch time when there are plenty of juniors eating there. A bright space will be more attractive and even beneficial for health. I am looking forward to hearing your response and seeing the positive changes of the canteen in the near future.
