Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Islam Khalilov and I am tenant of room no 54 in student dormitory, where I share a room with common kitchen with another student. I would like to kindly ask you arrange an alternative room that would better suit my needs. For the sake of clarity, let me say that I have no problem with my neighbor, but the situation is rather unfortunate by chance, creating difficulties for my work. The problem is that my room is just at the far end of the dormitory and as a result it gets a lot of noises from the street, specifically from the nearby bus stop, and from the bar just on the other side of the road. Another source of noise is maintenance works on this side of building, that You are also aware of. My kind request is to arrange another accommodation for me on the other side of building, which would be free of above issues. I would also prefer a bigger than current room, as because of preparation of my final theses I spend most of my time in accommodation and would appreciate more space.
