Dear sir or Madam, I am Anna, a home owner at woodlands area where you hire the chair of president. I am writing this letter to bring into your notice about an incident that has happened in our area of residence. There is some theft happened during the last week in our colony of residence. Three of the families were the victims of this attempt. And we noticed few young people is roming around the area specially in the evening time. I felt there is need of more security in our place, as these type of incidents taking place much regularly. And all the people who lives here felt the same way that our security system is not adequate and well equipped. I would suggest that to employ more young people for the post of guards. So that they will be able to check around the places and report. Installing CCTV will benefit for the security of the residence.
