Dear Sir, I am a resident of Hiranandani Apartment which is located opposite to your restaurant. The common residential committee chairman organized an immediate meeting yesterday to discuss the problem. I am writing this letter on behalf of all members in the apartment to make you cognizant about the difficulties that we are facing due to high frequency noise from your restaurant in the late evenings. I understand how renowned and famous your restaurant is however, since some weeks there are incidents which are unpleasant. I want to drive your attention to the dilemma that has been affecting us in the past 2 weeks. We have observed plethora of cases wherein, customers have been bombarding each other and using abusive comments. To add insult to injury, we have many senior citizens and people with sever disorders who would be agonized with such intense pitch. I would like to sensitize that as per government regulations, it is not allowed to encourage people crowding beyond 7 PM in the area due to the incline in fatality ratio. Kindly abide by the rules so that the issues are not further occurred. Please ensure to appoint security staffs at your restaurant to bring the conflicts under control. The final decision is to take further disciplinary actions by biting the bullet and inform the authorities if the issue persists. I request you to please investigate this at the earliest.
