You are a member of a sports club located in an old building. The manager asked you to suggest some improvements to the building. Dear Sir, I was really overwhelmed when you asked me about my suggestions for the improvement of the sports club. The club is really important for me as I usually spend time there with my family and friends while playing some of the indoor games such as table tennis, ludo, snakes and ladders, carom and chess. The condition of the club is not so good and does require refurbishment as there are pipe leakages from the ceiling. Even plaster in some parts of the ceiling is crumbled and walls are cracked which require quick attention and renovation. I think even the parking space which is not in use, can be converted into courts for lawn tennis and basketball, so that people can enjoy outdoor games as well. The giant store room can also be converted into a banquet hall for organizing small parties for club members. After all the refurbishments, the involvement of the members in this club will increase and the sports club can also generate revenue from the banquet hall which the members can book for their small occasions such as birthday parties or kitty parties.
