Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to apply for the job that was advertised on local paper for babysitting your six-year-old kid. First, let me introduce myself. I am currently a post-graduate student at Monash University which is not far from your address. I usually stay at dormitory next to the campus so it won't take more than a couple of minutes to get to your place. Therefore, I can be available in a short notice. Also, I want this job because it can help me with my living expenditures.
