Dear Mr. John I am your new tenant, I am happy with the rental price and location of my apartment, but during first month I am facing some problems. You know this is winter time and heating system is not working of my apartment, without heating my whole family suffer for sleep, Moreover the our washroom tap is not working so right now we are using kitchen tap for brush and other purpose which is totally unhygienic. If you send any technician for heating problem as soon as possible which is good for my family because otherwise may be we suffer from cold in next couple of days. In addition to this, please send one plumber for sink tap, then it is easy for us using washroom. It is appreciated if you fix these problem as soon as possible. Your sincerely Talvir Singh Grewal
