Dear sir I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the car which I hired from your prominent company. The number of the car is HR 3542 and model is Scoda Rapid. At the time of hiring I have told you that I want to go to out of station for 10 days. Therefore, I hired it 2 days before to manage all the things easily. I regret to advise you that I have noticed many issues in it. Firstly, the aircondition in the car is not working properly as you know that in the month of april it is very essential.
