Dear sir I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the car which I hired from your prominent company. The number of the car is HR 3542 and model is Scoda Rapid. At the time of hiring I have told you that I want to go to out of station for 10 days. Therefore, I hired it 2 days before to manage all the things easily. I regret to advise you that I have noticed many issues in it. Firstly, the aircondition in the car is not working properly as you know that in the month of april it is very essential. Secondly, compressor also looks damaged so it can create major problem in long journey. Apart from it, sliding of the window glass of the back seat also not up to the mark. Eventually, it can become the biggest menance when AC will not in work. I would be appreciate if you could take some proactive steps to solve all these concerns. If you do not have any spare model of scoda you are requested to surrounds me with another one or return my deposit amount. We have planned everything as well as reservation has also done in hotel. Thus, you deal with this issue on priority basics. We all were extremely exited for our trip but when I realised the problem I thought now all in vain. Then, I talked with my father and he assured me that it is not major issue because your company has prestigious reputation and you have enormous cars for hire. Hence, I made myself little bit relexed but this is not good for your famous company. It is your prior duty to check the car before issuing.
