I’m writing to report the disappointing ambiance and the meal services offered during VAT seminar attended in your hotel’s conference room on Saturday, 15th Feb-2018.
Firstly, the conference room at your hotel was not soundproof. As a result, the interminable reverberating noises of people chattering outside the conference caused disruption the whole time and consequently, no one could focus properly on the content delivered. Conference rooms should be equipped with the sound absorption technology to withstand not only outside noise getting in, but also inside voices getting out.
Secondly, to sustain through the long seminars it is imperative to serve the energizing food items such as Juices and Donuts. However, no food was served by the hotel management and the people at seminar were starving. Therefore, we requested the hotel staff to address the matter but they excused by mentioning some ongoing problem in the kitchen.
Although your hotel has maintained a good reputation in the market, such reckless style of management would eventually cost you many customers. I hope the matter would be taken care of.
