You have recently started work in a new company

Dear Roxy, I hope you're doing well. It's been a while since we get in touch. I'm writing to let you know that I already started working with a new company and I really like it. First of all, I'm very sorry for not telling you about this sooner. The reason is, I'm unhappy with the job I have previously. Working for long hours were not allowing me to get some time for myself. Also, there was no hope of getting a promotion or raise. Eventhough, I worked hard and efficiently. As this was de-motivating me, I decided to quit the job and look for a better work opportunity. Fortunately, I got a job offer at Tim Hortons- this is a different sector from my previous work field, which is also great, as this was related to my course. Nevertheless, my new job brought me benefits such as a next-level position and raise in my compensation. The work environment is quite friendly and energetic. Also, I have exciting news to share with you. My sister were finally migrating to Canada next month and my family are planning to have a farewell party in my apartment next weekend.
