To whom it may concern, I m writing this letter regarding my unpleasant experience at the library. As the college is progressing towards finals, I feel like library is the supreme place to study. But to my surprise the the atmosphere is totally opposite of what I thought about. Its extremely loud and crowded during finals as result those who come first they only get the vacant space to reap the benefit of studying there. Other than that it lack internet service and digital library where you can browse digital copies of books and also get hand on some previous years sample exams. In my opinion Our library needs upgradation. Let me explain my situation when ever i went here after my classes to revise I never got any place to fill in, Moreover if love to study in silence but there is no decorum maintain there. Although staff can help me with finding the books but i always got cold response. It lacks a printing section where you can xerox sample mock test. Library has all the infrastructure but it fall behind on crucial amenities which need immediate attention. I think for the starters library should get free internet service, a digital library section and xerox area. other than that the sitting area should be expanded in wasted canteen area as no one use the canteen. All these facilities not only gonna help present students but its very essential or future students. it will immensely improve college reputation on how much they are serious for their students education. thanking for your consideration.
