Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing you about occasion that happend with me when I staid in your hotel. I booked enoug an expensive room and expected a good qualty of facilities that could get. Unfotunately, I felt like in the fridge in this suite because heat system had broken. I try to asked about changing the room but your employees did not find free suite. All affords aimed to fixing it could not helped. I knew that the weather that month was extrimely low but your employees did not give me any compensation that could smoth my regreat abou that. I hope you can renovate heating system in the hotel and try to increace level of service or give some advice to your staff how be more polite and wise in the extrim situations.
