Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to apologize for my unavailability to attend a writing course which I applied last month. I am Rustamova Gulira'no who is a 22 year old oversea student of Chevening university. At the beginning of July, I registered a 120 - hour writing course in order to booste my skill. I was happy for that and I was looking forward to taking the course. However, I found myself unable to get it for some reasonable reasons. First of all, I want to cancel to take writing lessons because of financial problem. Since I am not given a scholarship by university and currently unemployed, I am experiencing shortage of money. Therefore, I think I will not afford to cover regular course payment. Second of all, I am afraid I will not have enough time to complete hometasks of extra curricular activity since I have heavy workload of homework given by academic subjects of university.
