Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about your English online course which is advertised in Learning Magazine. I enrolled the course which intended to begin on March 3rd 2021 and at that time, it was on discount 30 percent. However, I had to wait for the course a few months before it actually started in June due to a reason that there was not enough participant. In order not to cancel the course, I put off lots of plans and I was extremely unpleasant. To make matter worse, I had to pay 100 percent tuition fee. When I asked your staff, she explained that my class was opened in June and all courses in June were not marked down. I would like to hear your explanation for above problems.
