I am Priyanka, a loyal customer of your Ganesh retail stores for past 10 years and purchased many products here. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction about my latest purchase in your shop.
A week ago, I have visited your store which is in MG road branch to buy an oven. Your shop assistant showed me LG convention Oven and briefed me about the functionalities of the product, I got impressed and brought this product. However, when I returned home and tried to operate the oven, I observed that few keys on panel are malfunctioned and observed heating issue too. I immediately dialed to customer care and illustrated my problem, they promised me to send a technician in two days which was not happened till now.
Since the brand-new item was found defective, I would request you to either replace my item with new one or provide me complete cash refund. I hope you understand the inconvenience caused to me. Thus, kindly value our association and make amends for the poor service offered.
