Dear Ruta, It has been so long since we last were in touch. I hope all is well. I am writing to inform you about the house I recently purchased. After a long wait and search finally I found a house which met all my requirements. The house is spacious Bungalow with three bedrooms and a balcony with beautiful sea view. It has a large kitchen and lounge area too. In addition it also has a garden area where I have planted plethora of fruit and vegetable plants. It also has separate car park. Its basically located on east street in Newlynn suburb which is the central haeart of the town and at a walking distance from Lynn Mall.
