Dear Sir, I am writing this letter as a request to cancel my plane tickets which I just booked 2 weeks ago by consulting with one of your company's employers. I remember almost 2 weeks ago I just booked a ticket with your agency through a phone call under the name Jasmeen soori from Delhi to Hong-Kong for 25 May with Cathy Pacific. The ticket number is AM23678. Because of some personal health issues, I have to cancel this ticket. I checked your refund policy in which it is clearly mentioned that I am eligible to get the full refund if I have a valid reason with less than 2 weeks cancellation period.
