Dear Mr. Matthews I’m writing in response to your letter regarding the renewal of tenant agreement. As I wish to extend my stay at this place, therefore I want to renew my tenant agreement and negotiate its terms and conditions. This is a beautiful place in the heart of the city and is also near to my workplace, I’m willing to extend my stay for the next 24 months. I have some reservations regarding the increase in rent because of maintenance problems of this place, which I have communicated to you many a times during my stay here. I have informed you about the white wash requirement as all the walls give a very poor aesthetics to the place and the repairs required in the bathroom due to leakage of pipes. I will be very grateful to you if you could resolve the aforementioned issues before our tenant agreement is renewed. In case you will not be able to rectify the problems mentioned, I request you to renew the tenant agreement on current rent, terms and conditions. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours sincerely, Supriya Bharti
