Dear Sir, I am writing this letter with regard to the missing card in the envelope that I have received to acknowledge it's receipt. As mentioned earlier, the new bank card is not be found in the enevelope and I would not be able to acknowledge it. Firstly, it seems to be worrying me cause of the process or the cost of the missing card, if the bank blames it on me. Next I am more concerned about the delayed payments with a fine that I have to pay on my other bills. I am already late this month to pay the rent. It would be grateful, if the bank would be able to cross check first to see wether they have placed the card in the letter before sending it out. I would really appreciate if a new visa card could be issued in a short time. I have attached a photocopy of the content which was inside the enevelope.
