Dead Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you that the envelop, I got yesterday from your branch did not include a debit card in it. Let me first explain the whole situation. Last week, I lost my debit card when I went out shopping. After that, I immediately talked to customer care and asked them to block my existing credit card and to send me a new one. I was supposed to get my new visa debit card next week however I received it today in my mailbox. I was pretty excited when I was opening the envelope, but I was left astonished when I did not find any card inside it. I am really having a hard time without a debit card as I barely use my credit card. Also, I am not the type of person who carries cash with himself as well. So, I was eagerly waiting for the new replacement card. I would like to know what actions you will take in this unexpected situation.
