I am writing this letter to share some unfortunate news regarding the discontinuation of my training.
First of all, I would like to thank you for your constant support and motivation to improve my game from the day I joined the sports club, and as a result, I’m the most eligible player for the upcoming state-level tournament. Thank you for the brilliant training sessions and for inculcating the skill set required for the same. However, I regret to inform you that as a result of an unexpected medical circumstance, I am unable to pursue this course.
I have severe shoulder pain as a consequence of a past injury, and I am physically unfit to play any sport for at least 1 year according to the physician, also any kind of physical exaggeration may aggravate the symptoms. This news came as a shock to me, and I’m under medical observation presently and, have taken the decision to stay back at home.
This being the case, I wonder if it is possible for me to get a partial refund if circumstances are not in favor of me to continue further. As per the doctor, the treatment is expensive, and to compensate for that expense, I request a refund of course fees on a prorated basis.
I look forward to hearing from you.
