Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to you in regards of making some changes in my booking. My name is Akash and I booked two suites in your hotel for five days in June. I am writing this letter to request you to change our booking dates for the period as we were supposed to stay in the hotel from 5th June till 9th June, 2020. We had also booked two cars for local sight-seeing. However, due to urgent work commitments at my office, we would not been able to check in before 16th June, 2020. Hence, I am requesting you to kindly change our arrival date to the 15th of June and checkout date to the 19th of June at 12 pm. The taxi booking should also be changed according to our plans.
