I am reaching out regarding an exceptionally unsatisfactory service level, that was provided by one of the managers of the customer service department.
I reached the customer service by phone yesterday when I found that I have lost my luggage in a bus. It was an aluminium-body case with a red diagonal ribbon on the front side. That also had several bright stickers, so it should have been pretty easy to identify it.
Unfortunately, the manager of the customer service refused to look for my luggage in the lost items area. Instead of it, he told me that I must come to do it by myself. Moreover, he was rude. The name of that manager is Mike Wazovskiy.
I would like to suggest if you have a discussion with the customer service staff, which would aim to increase the quality of service. I firmly believe that it comes with care and politeness. Furthermore, If the employees of your organisation become more polite, It will be advantageous for the image of the company.
