Dear sir, I am Ankita Dalal, one of the members of the "Indian idol " music band which practices at the community hall. I am writing in context of the recent communication we recieved in regards to the non availability of the hall at our previous days and timings. Our band comprises of 11 members and all of them are talented with different forms of music. We used to practice on Tuesday n Friday evenings 6: 00 to 9: 00 pm with various musical instruments as well as we do compose our own music also. Our music band imparts vocational training to volunteers for free of cost. Moreover we perform in live concerts also and the funds raised through this are donated to the poor cancer patients for their treatment. For our this noble deed we have been awarded by the cheif minister of our state. Hence we work for the welfare of the community. I understand that the venue might have its own reasons for its non availability. But ther can a be a solution to this. If we can switch to some days which would be convineint for both of us.
