Dear Sir/Madam, I am your frequent customer and often plan trips with your travel agency and I have had a pleasant experience until this time. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the travel arrangements made by your company. Last month, I booked a trip for Shimla via your agency. I was assured that it would be a nice experience. However, all my expectations went down. Actually, I planned to give a surprise to my husband on our wedding anniversary, so I opted for your company. Let me explain in detail. The package included all the travel fare along with the hotel booking for three days and three nights. But the hotel was not up to as expected. To make matters worse, the staff of the hotel was not cooperative and thus it turned out to be a very disappointing experience for us. I would like to suggest you to change the dealing with 'Hotel Mandakini' so that customers may not get dissatisfied and would never have such type of problems in future.
