Dear Sir or Madam, I am John Smith, the cardholder of 8899 1550 4880. I am writing a letter to complain the errors in the credit card statement of January 2020. In the statement, the transaction amount of Mark and Spencer is not correct. I went there on 29th December and spent $100. However, the amount which is shown in the statement is $120. It is different from my record. The receipt copy, apple pay payment record and statement copy are attached in the letter. Can you please confirm with Mark and Spencer? To solve the problem, I hope the bank can refund the amount to my credit card account and show in February statement? I am looking forward to your reply. Yours faithfully, John Smith
