Dear Sir or Madam, I’m writing this to inquire about the list of expensive purchases shown in my credit card statement for the last month. I did not buy those things. To begin with, I made my last transaction on the 28th of March. In addition to that I see a few other transactions in the statement which I’m totally unaware of. The transactions were made at around the same time at luxury hotels at two different locations. As I cannot be present in two places simultaneously, this is not practically possible. , which is practically impossible. Also, I received neither a message nor an e-mail regarding these purchases made with my card. I suspect that this could be a glitch in the application or an issue with the statement generation for the month. This problem needs immediate resolution. I have been a loyal customer of your bank for long. Although I had faced a similar issue with the services in the past, it got rectified in no time. You may call me directly or assign one of your associates to contact me so that I can provide proof of my bills. Also, I request you to resend the revised statement to avoid further confusion on the bill payment. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Kath
