Mr. Peter I am Sharron Rai, a student of Shells school in Brighton. I am sharing with other flatmates at one of your accommodation near school where we are facing problem of hot water since Sunday morning. I am writing this letter to inform you that though paying this hefty rent, me and my roommates have to face heating problem. Three months ago the worker of yours fixed the problem but this time it is not getting solved. I am feeling so low, as I have not taken the bath since morning and it is winter time at present, due to which using washroom is also becoming a tough task for me. It is my suggestion that you can contact the contract manager and can place a visit for the same so that this problem can be resolved permanently. I am sending a copy of this letter to community chairman as well as you for solution and it is the last time. If no serious actions are taken then forget my part of rent and I would register a complain to local police station. Yours sincerely Sharron Rai
