Dear Sir or Madam, I am jasleen kaur and i visit your restaurant Calen often. I am pleased with the excellent services and delicious food that is served with great hospitality. I am writing this letter to book a banquet hall for the birthday party on 30 April, 2021. The party that i want to host is on the occasion of my sister’s birthday. There will be approximately 50 people invited on this party. So, the food and sitting arrangement will be needed to done accordingly. I would like to follow the unicorn theme, the details of the theme i would like to discuss with your in-house decorator. In the food menu, Asian and western dishes have to be included. There will be both vegetarion and non-vegeterian cuisine in the menu. I would like to reserve a corner for DJ and dance floor. I would appreaciate if you would discuss about the further details of booking the banquet hall and the cost of the arrangement over the weekend. Looking forward for your response.
