Dear Mr. Martin, I am an avid reader of your coveted magazine right from my teenager days. Travel and the insights covered about each city/ country would excite me. In the last month’s issue dated March 31, 2021, I came across the article on “Mumbai”. It covered every minute detail but I found one error which I thought to bring to your notice. It was about the first railway line started by the Britishers. It was mentioned that the line was till Kurla. After verifying the available facts and information, the first railway line was till Thane. The supporting documents for the same are annexed herewith for your reference. As your magazine is read by millions of people around the world including historians and travel enthusiasts, it should present the information which is factually correct. It is also used by students for their research work. So I thought it’s my responsibility to bring the mistake to your notice. I would request your magazine to print an addendum in the forthcoming edition to rectify the error.
